Bouquet d'Alella is a family-run winery located in Alella, Catalonia, Spain, just 15 kilometers from Barcelona.
The winery is situated in a 15th-century farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, overlooking the village of Alella and the Mediterranean Sea.
They produce organic wines using traditional varieties and sustainable viticulture practices.
We visited the winery as part of a tour of the Catalonia region, we got a wonderful tour of the winery and field with explanations about the grapes and the production process.
If you are in Barcelona and you love wine, it's a must-visit.
The winery offers a variety of experiences, including tours of the vineyards and cellar, wine tastings, and pairings with local food.
They also have several spaces that can be rented for corporate events and private functions.

Group activity - making lunch together
On our visit to the winery, we had a great experience of group lunch-making with a chef who knows the food from the region and conduct the preparation.
We each got a role in this activity and the best thing of course was eating the results!
There were 2 different pans of paella - one with meat and a vegetation one, and both got really good responses.
Of course, throughout the meal we had different wines to accompany the dishes.
For dessert, we had an amazing cheese cake that made a sweet ending to the visit.
